How to Sign-up to JamGO?
Once the merchant already signed up, it will directly go to the merchant’s dashboard, which can now start to enjoy making and customizing an online store
Click on the ‘Visit Store’ button to visit the raw store.
There will be a pop up that the email provided needs to be confirmed for 24 hours.
•To log in or visit your store key in Storename.jamgo.io Example: demostore.jamgo.io
•To go to your dashboard just, key in Storename.jamgo.io/admin Example: demostore.jamgo.io/admin

How to manage sign-up or installation error
1.) To avoid error to occur, see note for the must-know in creating a store name.
2.) Suppose the merchant got a response during store creation, then it will show a warning ⚠️ . Please create a store again with a different name or email if the store name or email is already taken, but in any case, the user wants the store name which is already used, contact Jamgo Technical team, our system response in real-time
3.) If the store name is created then it will show a response check ✔ your store name or email address.
Log in, forgot password issue & Back to store
1.) The login page reflects as a door to get quick access to the online store dashboard, within few seconds, once registered the merchant can log in and log out in any time using their username and password
2.) If you forgot your password, go to the store log in the dashboard login page, there will be an option ‘forgot password’ if the merchant clicks it, there will be an option to fill up: username, Email, Store name, last password, and then send, if that merchant exists in JamGO System, the team will send the password to your email.
3.) If the merchant select ‘back to store’ button, the store page of the merchant will appear
What your Dashboard looks like?
After sometime of growing your store, in the front dashboard, the merchant can see earnings, Number of store visitors, and Number of orders. Here you can monitor your store progress.
Also in the front dashboard there is ‘Visit store’ button, to easily visit your own store. Photo below shows store which have been edited and uploaded pictures and items
How to set-up store information?
Store information lets the merchant update and save store information like store name, contact number, and many more.
Let’s take it one by one, when ‘edit’ button is clicked ,merchant's cannow fill up the Site information, upload the logo of your store, favicon logo, which the merchant can upload from their system
Social media accounts which the merchant wish to link to the store, just click ‘manage’ and merchant’s can place it’s social media account per category

The merchant needs to install the app that will suit for the store.
Basic Function are as follow:
Install – If the merchant wants to install certain app, merchant has to click ‘install’ button
Uninstall – To remove a certain app that is no longer needed, click ‘uninstall’ button
Activate – To use the installed app, click ‘Activate’ button
Deactivate – If merchant has to deactivate installed app, meaning as of the moment the merchant doesn’t want to use the app but still want it installed then click ‘ deactivate’
Active – Means the app is currently using as app in the store
